Mr Agha has extensive Staff Development and Training experience, having worked in Senior Management positions in Sales and Customer Service Excellence in Toronto and Lahore. He has attended and facilitated various Master Trainings on Customer Service Excellence and Personnel Development. His trainings for staff at Mazda Canada were particularly successful, resulting in dramatic improvement in sales and employee engagement at the workplace.
Transferring his international expertise to BATA PAKISTAN LTD, he has been engaged with not only improving product knowledge for Bata’s Sales teams, but also focussing on their Professional Development through Self Grooming and Customer Service.
